For the benefit of our customers, our day rates are based on calendar days, not drop-off or pick-up times.  This means if you drop-off your pet anytime on Monday and pick-up anytime on Tuesday, you will only be charged for One Day. This way, you don’t have to worry about calculating exact hours or paying for partial days. Additionally, we don’t charge for early/late arrivals on check-ins or check-outs!

For any boarding over 10 days – please discuss with the owner in advance.

No problem! We care for each pet individually. Discuss these needs with us prior to boarding or beginning daycare and we will treat them as our own.
